All products:

3. Veterinary & FDA Disclaimer

Maxx Lifespan is not a veterinary medical provider.

  • Our products are classified as animal dietary supplements.

  • These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

  • Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Information provided through our Services is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice.

You should consult your veterinarian before using any product, especially if your dog:

  • Has a pre-existing condition

  • Is taking medication

  • Is pregnant, nursing, or elderly

4. Assumption of Risk & Product Use

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your pet

  • You assume all risks associated with use, including but not limited to illness, injury, allergic reaction, or death

  • You will follow all dosage and usage instructions

You agree to immediately discontinue use and seek veterinary care if adverse reactions occur.

5. Orders, Billing, and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase

  • We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information.

6. Subscription & Auto-Ship Terms

If you enroll in a subscription or auto-ship program:

  • You authorize Maxx Lifespan to automatically charge your selected payment method at the recurring interval selected at checkout

  • Products will be shipped automatically unless canceled

Billing & Renewal

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle

  • Charges will be processed without additional notice unless required by law

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting customer support

  • Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date to avoid being charged

  • Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled

Failed Payments

  • If a payment fails, we may retry billing and/or suspend your subscription until payment is successfully processed

7. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Refunds and returns are subject to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse, excessive returns, or suspected fraud.

In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Maxx Lifespan and its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of our products

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Violation of any law or third-party rights

11. No Warranties

All products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

We do not guarantee that:

  • Products will meet your expectations

  • Results will be consistent or guaranteed

  • Services will be uninterrupted or error-free

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
