Social Media UGC Consent (Instagram, TikTok, and Similar Platforms)

By responding to a request from Maxx Lifespan on social media (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or similar platforms) with a designated keyword such as “YES,” “AGREE,” or any other clearly affirmative response, or by using a branded hashtag requested by us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You grant Maxx Lifespan a:

  • Worldwide

  • Perpetual

  • Irrevocable

  • Royalty-free

  • Transferable and sublicensable

license to use your submitted content, including but not limited to photos, videos, captions, usernames, profile images, and likeness (collectively, “UGC Content”) for any lawful purpose, including:

  • Advertising and paid media (including Meta, TikTok, and other ad platforms)

  • Social media posts and promotions

  • Website, email marketing, and sales materials

  • Any other marketing, promotional, or commercial use

No Compensation

You understand and agree that you will not receive any payment, royalties, or compensation for the use of your UGC Content.

Representations & Permissions

By providing consent, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or control all rights to the content

  • You have permission from any individuals appearing in the content

  • The content does not infringe on any third-party rights

Public Content Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that your content may be publicly visible and that Maxx Lifespan may use it without further notice, attribution, or approval, unless required by law.

Opt-Out

If you wish to revoke consent for future use, you may contact us at support@maxxlifespan.com. Revocation will not apply to content already used or published prior to the request.

Platform Independence

This consent is independent of any platform (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and constitutes a direct agreement between you and Maxx Lifespan.
